For this photo I set the ISO to 200, the shutter speed was 1/100 and the apertures were set to f/16.

Frozen Motion Capture: 

To take this photo i set the ISO to 1600, the shutter speed to 1/200 and the aperture speed was set to f/22.

Blurred Motion Capture:

To take this photo the ISO was set to 1600, the shutter speed was set to 1/200, and the aperture speed was set to f/4.1.
