I took these pictures in a park in Clayton call "New Hall" on a sunny day around 12:30 to 2:00. Me and my friends went off the path and found hidden, beautiful places.
I edited this picture in Lightroom by raising the exposure, contrast and clarity. I also lowered the highlights and shadows.

This photo represents a big part of my life because it's nutrition and nutrition is huge part of fitness. For editing I raised the exposure and contrast, along with the clarity and highlights. I used the adjustment brush on this photo so I could lower the brightness of the wall and cutting board so the viewer's eye would focus more on the fruit and protein powders.

This photo represents a hydration which is a huge part of fitness. I raise the contrast, clarity and highlights on this photo so you could see the water bottle outline better. I also used the adjustment brush to lighten the bottom half of the picture because before it was to dark.

This is a photo of my bed at 6 am when I've just woken up. It represents sleep which is when your muscles recover which is another huge part of fitness. I raised the exposure, clarity and vibrance and lowered the highlights and whites.

These are my tennis shoes which I use to get my daily cardio in. I raised the contrast, exposure, clarity and vibrance.

These are my weights which I use at home when I can't go to the gym. I raised the contrast, exposure, clarity and highlights. I darkened the blacks by using the adjustment brush, and blurred the the carpet some by doing the same thing excepted I lowered the clarity.
