1. For selections I used the quick selection tool to selection the cat mouth and the blood splatter. 

2. To combine the photos I dragged my fruit photo onto Ps from my desktop, and the opened my cat mouth photo, then selected the mouth, then copied it and then pasted it on onto my fruit photo, I did the same thing for the blood splatter. 

3. I used the transform tool by enlarging the mouth and blood splatter by using the scale, then used the warp tool to make the mouth and blood splatter look more natural.
